Detailed route

Day 1: Chengdu—Tianquan Service Area—Honghaizi—Yuzixi/Gedilamu—Xinduqiao

9:00-9:30 Depart for Tianquan Service Area, approximately 2 hours drive.

11:00-11:30 Arrive at Tianquan Service Area for aerial photography check-in.

12:50-13:30 Head to Kangding for lunch and rest. After lunch, visit the main area of ​​Honghaizi (approximately 1.5 hours drive).

15:00-16:00 Visit Honghaizi and take photos.

17:30-18:50 Arrive at Gedilam for sightseeing and aerial photography check-in.

19:00-20:00 Travel to Xinduqiao for overnight stay, approximately 1.5 hours drive.

Day 2: Xinduqiao – Jiagenba – Chongcao Pass/Lenggacuo – Xinduqiao

9:00 AM: Breakfast

10:20-10:30 AM : Please assemble at the time agreed upon with the tour leader. Departure to Jiagenba is on time at 10:30 AM.

11:20-11:40 AM The tour leader will provide opportunities for photography using a DSLR camera. The route includes streams, cafes, and camping tents. The distance is approximately 50 km and takes about 1 hour.

12:30-13:50 PM : Lunch and rest.

15:30-18:00: Arrive at the destination in about 1 hour. Witness the sunrise over the mountain peaks and take aerial photos of the towering peaks.

19:30-20:40: Proceed to Xinduqiao for overnight stay. The drive takes about 1.5 hours.

Day 3: Xinduqiao - Tianlu Shibawan (Eighteen Bends of the Heavenly Road) - Litang - Daocheng White Pagoda - Shangri-La Town

9:00-9:10 Breakfast time is subject to change by the hotel reception. Please assemble at the agreed time with the tour leader and depart on time for Tianlu Shibawan.

11:20-11:40 Arriving at Tianlu Shibawan, the 18 consecutive sharp turns wind like a giant dragon winding through the mountains, with an elevation difference of over 1,000 meters. It is a classic section of the Sichuan-Tibet Highway driving experience, and the aerial view is particularly spectacular.

13:00-14:00 Arriving in Litang for lunch and rest. After lunch, relax, take photos, and experience the gentle alpine meadows and Tibetan pastoral life.

14:30-16:30 Proceed to Daocheng White Pagoda, approximately 2.5 hours, about 150km.

17:00-18:30 Depart for Shangri-La Town for overnight stay. Day 4: Daocheng Yading Scenic Area 1-Day Tour – Shangri-La Town

18:20-19:00 Return to the hotel in Shangri-La Town for rest.

Day 5: Shangri-La Town – Haizi Mountain – Litang Back Mountain – Yajiang – Xinduqiao

8:00-8:30 Breakfast time is subject to hotel reception. Please assemble at the agreed time with the tour leader. Departure at 8:30 sharp to Haizi Mountain.

10:00-10:30 Arrive at Haizi Mountain, the largest ancient glacial relic on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Lunch and rest in Litang County.

12:30-13:00 Arrive at Litang Back Mountain, including the Gelei Secret Realm Cloud Ranch, yak flowers, and ancient stone carvings.

14:00-15:30 Proceed to Litang Town for lunch and rest.

15:00-17:00 Photo opportunity in Yajiang.

17:20-19:20 Arrive at Xinduqiao Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 6: Xinduqiao – Tagong Grassland – Gunong Village – Moshi Park – Siguniang Mountain

9:00-9:30 Breakfast time (subject to hotel reception). Please assemble at the time agreed upon with the tour leader.

9:30 Departure: Head to Tagong Grassland (approx. 45-minute drive).

9:30-11:30 Arrive at Tagong Grassland for sightseeing and photo opportunities.

11:50-13:00 Arrive in Tagong Town for lunch and rest.

14:00-16:20 Visit Gunong Village for sightseeing and photo opportunities.

17:00-18:40 Visit Heishi Park for a visual feast of otherworldly beauty.

19:00-20:00 Overnight in Siguniang Mountain Town (approx. 3.5-hour drive).

Day 7: Half-day tour of Shuangqiao Valley, Siguniang Mountain – Maobiliang Viewpoint – Balang Mountain – Chengdu

8:00-9:00 (Breakfast time as per hotel reception). Please assemble at the agreed time with the tour leader and depart for Shuangqiao Valley, Siguniang Mountain (approx. 15-minute drive).

9:00-13:30 (Arrive at Shuangqiao Valley, Siguniang Mountain, experience the golden fairytale under the snow-capped mountains).

11:30-12:30 (Lunch and rest at Siguniang Mountain Scenic Area).

14:00-15:00 (Visit Balang Mountain, approx. 1-hour drive, a must-see divine snow mountain).

17:00-18:40 (Return to Chengdu)

Important Notes:

1. A text message will be sent between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM the day before departure, containing the meeting time, address, tour leader's phone number, and travel tips. Please reply immediately with your own and your companions' names and remind them to check. Thank you for your cooperation.

2. If you haven't received the message by 8:00 PM (9:00 PM on holidays), please contact the registration office (please do not inquire before the deadline; the tour leader is actively contacting them).

3. There may be errors in the copying of tourists' ID numbers. ID information will be verified on the tour bus on the day of departure to ensure accuracy.

4. There are vendors selling breakfast, raincoats, rain boots, and other small items near rest areas. Please carefully inspect the items sold by these vendors, as some unscrupulous vendors may impersonate travel agency personnel. Staff members may try to sell goods to tourists and promote false information about prices at the scenic area. Please be wary. The travel agency will not arrange any staff (including tour guides and drivers) to sell any small commodities to tourists at the meeting point. However, our agency also has no right to interfere with the free trade rights of vendors, nor does it assume any responsibility for transactions between vendors and tourists. 5. During winter, Yuzixi is closed for fire prevention and safety reasons. If this prevents your visit, we will replace it with [Balangshengdu Village]: Balangshengdu Village is also a 360-degree viewing platform, offering views of both the Gongga Mountains and Yala Snow Mountain. It is less crowded, open, and has many swings, mani stones, and wooden houses for taking photos, making it an excellent spot for viewing the snow-capped mountains.

6. The visit to Yuzixi/Balangshengdu is free time without a tour guide. Your safety is your own responsibility during free time!

7. This itinerary involves a long journey, mostly on mountain roads. Road conditions are unpredictable and traffic jams may occur, resulting in late meal times or late arrival at the hotel. Thank you for your understanding. Please do not book round-trip transportation (such as buses, trains, airplanes, etc.) for the same day if the return time is uncertain. 8. There will be roadside stops along the way where tour buses can provide water or toilet facilities. After getting off at such stops, you will have free time. You will also have free time after dinner. Please keep your valuables with you during your free time and be responsible for your personal safety and property.

Friendly Reminder: Due to road maintenance on the route from Siguniang Mountain to Danba, temporary traffic control may be in effect. If the road is closed and impassable, an alternative route will be taken: Chengdu – Luding – Wadan Road – Danba.

Note: The Shuangqiao Valley scenic area of ​​Siguniang Mountain will be replaced by the Jiaju Tibetan Village scenic area in Danba. The Jiaju Tibetan Village entrance fee is not included. A sightseeing bus ticket of 35 RMB per person is also required and must be paid separately. There is no refund for the price difference in the scenic area replacement.
